Because our products are custom, made-to-order digital songs, all sales are final once production begins.

No Refunds on Custom Orders

Once you submit your order and complete the personalization form, your order enters production immediately. Due to the personalized nature of our work, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available after production has started.

Revisions

Each order includes one (1) complimentary revision, provided the request stays within the original details submitted. Additional revisions may be available for an added fee.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at info@stuviohub.com. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Delivery Timeline

Custom songs are typically delivered within the timeframe listed on the product page. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on volume and complexity. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this timeline.

Digital Delivery

All products are delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped.
